Booking Terms

Each listing has an availability date. Write to us in the comments box below or on the page of the apartment you are enquiring about.

Your initial booking must start on the 1st of each calendar month with a minimum of one month stay.

Securing your booking

We will require an upfront fee off R2000 for each month of stay to secure your booking which will also be your breakage deposit.

The last months rent to be paid in advance, with your 1st months rent due before check in date. All the months in between can be paid at the beginning of each month for the month to follow.

Monthly Stay

Monthly rates are only available for a calander months stay. From the 1st of each month until the 30th/31st of each month. There may be occasions when an apartment is available before this time, in which case a pro-rata fee will be calculated.

Breakage deposit

A breakage deposit of R2000 for every month of stay will be required.Your deposit will be refunded to you after inventory inspection has been taken into account and after final utility bills are received and paid. Refunds will be made within 10 working days after departure for a clear inspection and 10 working days after premises are restored, should loss be incurred.

Payment Method

Payments can be made either by electronic transfer (EFT),or direct deposit into our bank account (direct cash deposit will incur a cash handling fee which will need to be paid at the bank when making the deposit) Cheques and cash are not accepted.


All accommodation has a strict no smoking policy. Seated smoking areas are available outside most accommodation.


Pets of any kind are not allowed.

Only once a deposit has been recieved by us can we confirm your booking.

Exclusion of Liability

While every care is taken neither, nor any of its employees or agents shall be held liable for any personal damage, injury or loss of any nature incurred by the client and his guests/family members during their stay. However we do ensure that wherever you stay security is of the top most importance. Please ensure you have travel insurance before arriving

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival – 25% of booking fee
Cancellation 14 to 29 days prior to arrival – 60% of booking fee
0 to 13 days prior to arrival – 100% of booking fee
